The short version
We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your email address, the data you choose to connect, and records of your usage. We do not sell your data, we do not use the contents of your data to train AI models, and we do not run advertising trackers on this website.
What we collect
Account information
Your email address and a hashed password. Email confirmation is required before an account can be used. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we hold a record of your plan and its status.
Data you connect
Files you upload, and data read from any storage bucket or database you connect. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest and are released only to run an analysis you asked for. This data is processed to answer your questions and for no other purpose.
Usage records
The questions you ask, the plans produced, which analyses ran and whether they succeeded, counters used to enforce plan limits, and the AI processing cost of each response. We keep operational logs and error diagnostics to keep the service working; these are written to exclude the contents of your data.
Payment information
When paid plans open, payments will be handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We hold only the subscription record and what we need for invoicing and tax.
Why we can process it
- To perform our contract with you — running the service, processing your data to answer your questions, billing.
- Our legitimate interests — keeping the service secure and reliable, preventing abuse, and improving it.
- Legal obligation — tax and accounting records.
Who processes data on our behalf
We use these providers. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
- Intermediate analysis results — deleted automatically after a short retention period. They are working results, not a permanent store.
- Notebooks and recipes — kept while your account is open, so analyses can be re-run.
- Uploaded files and connected-source credentials — kept until you delete the data source or close your account.
- Account records — deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Invoices and tax records — kept as long as the law requires.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed. Data-source credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to the people who operate the service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email hello@albirint.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also export your analysis results from the application at any time.
If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This marketing website sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. The application itself uses strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and to hold your session state. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
