Common questions
Can I sign up today?
Not yet. albirint is in development and accounts are not open. No payments are being taken, and the prices above are the intended launch prices. Email hello@albirint.com and we will contact you when early access opens.
What counts as a query?
One prompt you send to albirint is one query — even when it triggers a multi-step plan, runs several actions, or returns several tables. Follow-up clarifications inside the same response are free.
What happens if I hit my weekly limit?
New queries pause until the window resets each Monday at 00:00 UTC. Moving to a larger plan lifts the limit immediately — you do not wait for a billing cycle.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down at any time. Your notebooks, data sources and history stay exactly where they are; only the limits change.
Do unused queries roll over?
No. Weekly limits keep capacity predictable for everyone.
Will I be charged automatically?
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. See Refunds and cancellation for how billing, cancellation and refunds work.
