Common questions
What counts as a query?
Each new prompt you send counts as one query, however many steps or results it produces. A follow-up is a new prompt, so it counts too.
Why is the number of queries an estimate?
Because each query's AI cost depends on how much it reads and how many steps it takes. Your plan's AI budget is fixed, so simple queries stretch it further and complex ones less. The figure on each plan is for a typical query.
What happens when I reach a limit?
New queries pause when you reach your weekly query limit or AI budget, until the weekly reset or an upgrade, which applies straight away. A single very large request can also stop at its own cost limit. Notebooks, data sources and saved pipelines are capacity limits and do not reset.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Your notebooks, data sources and history stay where they are. After a downgrade, a pipeline the new plan doesn't cover is paused, not deleted.
