Terms of Service
Last updated
Identify the contracting entity (legal name, company number, registered address) and the jurisdiction whose law governs. Everything below depends on those four facts.
1. The agreement
Who these terms are between, when they take effect, and that using albirint means accepting them.
2. The service
What albirint does — connect data sources, run natural-language analysis, produce artifacts and pipelines — and what it explicitly does not promise (analysis output is not advice).
3. Your account
Eligibility, one account per person, accurate registration details, confirming your email address, and your responsibility for activity under your credentials.
4. Acceptable use
What you may not do: unlawful content, other people's data without a right to it, attempts to circumvent quotas or extract the model, reselling capacity, security testing without written permission.
5. Your data and content
You keep ownership of the data you connect and the results you generate. State the licence you grant albirint to process it in order to run the service, and cross-reference the Privacy Policy for how it is handled.
6. Plans, billing and taxes
Subscription terms, the billing cycle, renewal, price changes and notice, what happens to weekly limits on upgrade and downgrade, and how tax is handled. Refunds are covered separately in the Refund Policy.
7. Availability and support
What uptime, if any, is committed to; planned maintenance; the support channel and the response expectation per plan.
8. Intellectual property
albirint's rights in the software, brand and documentation; any feedback licence.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided as-is to the extent the governing law allows, with the mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded left intact.
10. Limitation of liability
The liability cap, the excluded categories of loss, and the carve-outs that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Suspension and termination
When albirint may suspend or close an account, how you close yours, notice periods, and what happens to your data and notebooks afterwards — including the export window.
12. Changes to these terms
How changes are announced, how much notice material changes get, and what continued use means.
13. Governing law and disputes
Governing law, the competent courts, and any required pre-litigation step.
